Christopher Leith Evans’ multi-faceted career as a pioneering visual artist and realist painter has taken him on many journeys of exploration and discovery.

Following the Old Masters figurative and landscape tradition; 360 degree painting on spheres; Star Wars, Star Trek, E.T., and Titanic visual effects; winning an Emmy for The Ewok Adventure and being nominated for an Academy Award for Willow; painting with computers; theatrical set projections; museum murals; and finally, his collaborative Supply Chain Portraits project that looks beyond the edges of art to see around the world in new ways.

Evans’ approach to realism is rooted deeply in the careful observation of Nature, but branches outward with concern and compassion for humanity’s desperate plight on an imperiled planet.
